Mike Pearson

Mike Pearson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mike has been working with Bard Consulting since 2014.

From 2009 to 2014, Mike was a senior executive with LDC Advisors, providing consulting and advisory services to institutional investors, private equity investors, commercial lenders, publicly traded REITS, homebuilders, land developers, and private groups with real estate holdings. He advised investors on key investment decisions regarding acquisitions, annual investment plans, capital commitments, debt restructurings, partnership restructuring, investment repositioning and strategy, fee structures, performance measurement, and business plan updates. 

Mike also held a senior executive position from 2005 to 2007 with a regional land developer and homebuilder where he directed land acquisition, investment underwriting, due diligence, entitlement, land development, and dispositions. Before then, Mike was a project manager with a civil engineering firm, where he was in charge of the planning and design of large mixed-use master plan community projects in California. 

Mike’s primary areas of expertise are developing portfolio strategy, monitoring and evaluating the existing portfolios, manager due diligence, investment due diligence, and financial analysis.
