Robert Johnson
Robert has worked in real estate investment management, consulting, and financing for over 25 years.
His investment management experience includes serving as senior portfolio manager for AMB Capital Partners (Prologis), where he ran several private REIT funds exceeding $1 billion in capitalization as well as serving as head of financial management at ABKB Realty (now LaSalle Investment Management), where he oversaw fund valuations and reporting, a nationwide team of asset and portfolio management analysts and co-managed a large industrial portfolio.
His consulting experience includes nearly 7 years working with Kenneth Leventhal & Company and working with Institutional Real Estate Inc. on strategy, sales and marketing for its investment management industry conferences and relationship management with IREI’s pension funds and other institutional investor clients.
Robert’s financing and transactions experience includes structuring tax-exempt bond financings, commercial PACE financings and other renewable energy financings for real estate owners and solar contractors and serving as Western US Head of Originations for a leading commercial PACE financing investment fund.
